We have collaborated with students and staff across UCA to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible experience and consider the needs of everyone in our community. 

Closure dates of key services 

Below is a list of when essential services will close on the Rochester campus. Please note that dates are subject to change, so please refer to this page often. 

9 June 2023 

• Art Shop 

31 July 2023 

• Learning Services, including Learning & Teaching Librarians and Learning Development Tutor support, although virtual support for PGT students will remain in place, and some face-to-face appointments may also be available upon request. 
• Wellbeing and Counselling support, although virtual support including access to our digital wellbeing tools, will remain in place. 
• Disability and SpLD support, although virtual support will remain available, as required.

Key dates for the 2022/23 academic year 

As a reminder, here are some key academic dates for your diary: 

• FE - End of Term Three - 23 June 
• UG/March Sept 22 Start (End of Term Two) – 2 May 
• UG/March Feb 23 Start (End of Term Two) – 8 September 
• UG Resits – start the week commencing 5 June until the end of July 
• PG Resits – start the week commencing 2 October until the end of November 
• UG 23/24 Enrolment Week – 18 September 
• UG 23/24 Term One - start the week commencing 25 September
