Ticket Booking Information

Please use the tabs below to find out more information about the ticket booking process and timetable

The ticket booking process will begin Monday 25 March, 2024.

To book tickets you will need to complete a short booking task that will be available within the myRecords tab of myUCA.

If you are not currently enrolled at UCA, myRecords is available from www.registryonline.ucreative.ac.uk, using your student number as your username. A new password is available using the "Request your myRecords Password" link on the log-in screen.

This task consists of you selecting the number of tickets you require and providing any additional details that are relevant (for example any disabled seating requirements for you or a member of your party).

You are able to request up to five guest tickets, however due to demand, students who confirm their attendance by the ticket booking deadline date are guaranteed two guest tickets per graduating student. Where you request more than two guest tickets, these extra ticket requests will be added to a ballot and will be assigned randomly.

Student tickets are free of charge, guest tickets cost £20.

If you experience any problems logging in or confirming your attendance, please email graduation.ceremony@uca.ac.uk.

All ticket requests will be confirmed once the booking task has closed.

Once you have received your ticket allocation confirmation you will then be able to pay for your tickets online using the online payment system.

Ballot for extra tickets held.

Wednesday 15 May 2024 (noon)

Ballot results published online. Your extra ticket requests will be confirmed by email along with your final ticket allocation. These details will also be available on the myRecords page within myUCA.

Friday 17 May 2024 (noon)

Online award ceremony tickets payments open. Please log in to the myRecords page within myUCA in order to view payment details.

Ticket payment deadline.

Please complete your payment for award ceremony tickets by this date.

Please note, ceremony tickets will NOT be posted to you but will be available for collection from the Registration Desk on the day of your graduation.

If you become ineligible to attend due to academic issues and you have confirmed your attendance and purchased your tickets your refund will be completed after the final ceremony date. 

Refunds will be made to the card used to pay for the ticket(s).

The ceremony is expected to last anything from 90 minutes to two hours so young children may find it tiring.

Any children aged four and over in attendance will require a ticket and there are no child concessions on ticket prices. Children under the age of four must be seated on an adult's lap.

Please note the ceremonies are approximately one and a half to two hours in length.

With the exception of guide animals for the blind, and hearing animals for the deaf, animals are not permitted in the ceremony venues.
