The graduation registration process will begin during the week commencing Monday 6 April 2026.

To register for the ceremony you will need to complete a short booking task that will be available within the myRecords tab of myUCA.

If you are not currently enrolled at UCA, myRecords is available from https://myrecords.uca.ac.uk/, using your student number as your username. A new password is available using the "Request your myRecords Password" link on the log-in screen.

This task consists of you confirming your attendance and providing any additional details that are relevant (for example any disabled seating requirements for yourself).

If you experience any problems logging in or confirming your attendance, please email myrecordshelp@uca.ac.uk.

Guest ticket purchase information will be available after you have completed the registration process. Student tickets are free of charge, guest tickets cost £20 (please note: the Royal Festival Hall may add a small booking fee).
