Ask Campus Life – Introducing our new student enquiry form

At UCA, we want to make it as easy as possible to get your questions answered and to access support while you are studying with us.

Now, if you have a question for Campus Life, you can use our simple enquiry form, which can be accessed online via the Student Portal. Simply click ‘Ask Campus Life’ on the homepage.

Once complete, the form goes straight to those with the right expertise to help you, speeding up response times.

You can use the enquiry form to ask questions about:

  • Money matters, including money advice and hardship applications.
  • Visa and immigration advice.
  • Wellbeing and counselling support.
  • Disability and learning difference support.
