Be aware of phishing emails

We have been made aware of phishing emails that have been sent from a number of compromised staff accounts to students. If you have received an email with the subject line “Student & Staff Special: Don't Miss Out!” or an unusual combination of 4 letters (eg. NOTE, DTEE, DFH, YERH, RYRU, HFYU, YTDS or HFYU), please be advised that these messages are not genuine.

 

 

If you have already interacted with the email (e.g. clicked a link or entered your details), please report this immediately to the IT Service Desk.

Our IT team is actively investigating this as a priority and taking steps to secure affected accounts.
