Microsoft
Microsoft Office 365 is available to all students free of charge. The benefits of this service include 1TB of cloud storage (OneDrive), a personal blog page, and downloadable copies of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote for use on personal laptops or home computers on any platform.

Adobe is available to all students free of charge. The benefits of this service include 1TB of cloud storage and downloadable copies of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and more for use on personal laptops or home computers on any platform.
You are not automatically registered for an Adobe account, please request your licences here. You will be asked to login with your UCA account details.
Autodesk
Students can download and use Autodesk software for educational purposes free of charge.
You will need to create a profile with Autodesk using your UCA email address, then click on the link https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/featured. You will need proof that you are a student. This can either be a copy of your ID card, or a Proof of status letter, which can be requested via myRecords.

Antivirus
We recommend installing Antivirus on any personal computers to protect your data and identity. UCA recommends Sophos Home and Malware Bytes. Both have free versions available.
