Student ID cards

ID cards are issued to all students who have enrolled at the University.

Your ID card has the following uses:

  • Identification: You are required to carry your campus card at all times whilst on University premises. The card should be always viewable to confirm your identification.
  • Library Access: Your campus card provides access to library services, allowing you to borrow and renew loans.
  • Printing Access: Your campus card provides access to UCA print and copy stations throughout the University.
  • Access Control: Certain spaces on campus are only accessible via a door access control system. Your card will gain you access to these areas.

New students

New students are required to submit their photo online during enrolment. Your details are then processed, and your ID card will be issued to you within the enrolment process. If there are any problems with your submitted photo, then this could cause delays in your card being processed and issued after enrolment.
