News & Announcements

Re-enrol now and view your timetable

We are happy to let you know that your timetable for the upcoming academic year is now ready.

You already received details of your non-teaching day at the end of the last academic year and your full timetable is now ready, so you can plan for the start of term on Monday 21 September. We hope that having these in advance will help you have an organised and positive start to the 2026 academic year.

To access your timetable and before you return to your course, you need to enrol online.

Online Enrolment
To enrol simply log on to myRecords at myrecords.uca.ac.uk using your student number (2527630) and follow the on-screen instructions. A new password is available using the "Request your myRecords Password" link on the log-in screen if you have forgotten this.

You will be asked to complete five enrolment tasks:

1.    Data privacy statement - This task allows you to view how the University holds your data, who it may be shared with and for what purpose.
2.    Course Selection - This task asks you to confirm which course you are enrolling on to and create your enrolment records for 26/27.
3.    Personal Details - This task asks you to confirm a number of details about yourself.
4.    Finance - This task will display your overall fee rate as well as any sponsorship details we hold for you. This task also gives you the opportunity to name a third party proxy who can assist you with any financial queries.
5.    Final Information & Regulations - This task will show you all of the University's key regulations and you will be asked to read and confirm you understand them.

It's best to start enrolment as soon as possible, in case you encounter any issues. If you are having problems logging in or completing the task please email enrolment@uca.ac.uk. If for any reason you believe you should not be re-enrolling with UCA this year, please contact Campus Life.

You must complete your online enrolment before recommencing your studies.

International students only: When you have completed the five online enrolment tasks you will be fully enrolled unless your passport or visa are different to the copies you used to enrol in the previous academic year. If your passport or visa have changed please visit Campus Life for these documents to be checked and scanned.

Once you have enrolled online, you will soon be able to access your timetable for the upcoming academic year. Personalised timetables will be available to view approximately 48 hours after completion of the online enrolment task. Please do not download or print your timetable as they are live documents and subject to change.

We’re excited to welcome you back in September.
