On this page you'll find links to all student systems and a short explanation about how they can help you in your student journey.

System Description
Adobe Software You have access to the Adobe suite of creative tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc for the duration of your time at UCA.
Creative Futures This is the UCA careers site for both students and graduates that gives careers advice and also has details of suitable creative jobs.
Convera For International Students to pay their fees.
GradshowThis site is for final year students to add their work to an online showcase that supports the physical final year show. It’s an opportunity for students to have an online presence within UCA branding showing they are graduates of this university and helping them to reach wider audiences and industry professionals.
Equipment HireIf you need to borrow equipment to use on your course, book studios or workshop training sessions, you can book it through UCA’s Smarthub software. Choose which campus you are based at when you arrive on the homepage.
Lapsafe Laptop LoansIf you need to borrow a laptop from the university, e.g. because you need to use a specific type of software, you can log onto Lapsafe (a physical machine located in the library at each campus) and book a laptop and get instructions on how to remove it from the safe.
Libcal You can use this site to book 1-2-1 sessions in person and over Microsoft Teams with both librarians and learning development tutors.
Library CatalogueUse the Library catalogue to search for all physical and online books, journals etc.
Liftshare Whether you have a car and are willing to drive people onto Campus, or you are looking for a lift onto campus, join Liftshare and you can contact other students and/or members of staff to get to Campus and help with sustainability.
LinkedIn LearningUCA subscribes to the Learning Library for this business networking site. It has a huge number of tutorials and support videos that are free for all students to access. With over 18,000 courses supporting business, technology and creative skills – there are courses that are useful for everyone.
Microsoft OfficeUCA uses Microsoft Office to support students in their courses. The suite has a number of elements to it that you will use on a daily basis (such as Word, Excel, Outlook for emails and Teams). If you are not that familiar with MS Office take a free course using LinkedIn Learning.
myLibraryThis site brings together the many different library systems and software in one place for you to easily access what you need.
myLibrary Account Here you can check what books you currently have on loan, what you have reserved, when books are due back etc.
myRecords Enrolment takes place using the myRecords system each year.
myUCAThis is your virtual learning environment where you will find all the academic information you need to support you in your degree. Your assignments are uploaded here, along with deadlines, messages from your tutors, support from technicians etc.
Online Payments This payment system is used to pay for tuition fees, accommodation charges or any other UCA payments that you have received an invoice for.
Online Store This payment system is used to pay for any field trips, UCA conferences and a number of books.
Print Credits Papercut is the Software UCA uses to support you with your printing needs. From seeing how much you have in your account to arranging print jobs.
Password Reset If you have forgotten your MS password and/or need to reset it, you can do that on this site.
Report + Support If you have been affected by abuse, bullying, harassment, discrimination or assault, you can access support from this site, as well as reporting it to us.
Students' Union (UCASU)The Students' Union (SU) website shares details of SU events, clubs and societies and campaigns that the SU is running, alongside details of their staff.

Wellbeing APP (Android)This wellbeing app is provided by UCA to encourage and support students to think about their wellbeing, create positive habits and to increase awareness of services available within the university and our local communities. Please note: this is an app and has to be downloaded from the Android App store to access.
