Where your award is not confirmed and you have been given resits and/or retakes following the meeting of the University's Board of Examiners in May/June you will not be permitted to attend the ceremony this year and will receive a refund for your tickets. Please note, a refund will also be available for any booked gowns however you will need to liaise with Ede & Ravenscroft (the official gown supplier for the University) for this refund to be processed.
If an award is subsequently confirmed you will be offered the opportunity to attend a ceremony in 2026.
In order to avoid the possibility of not being able to attend graduation or be issued with a transcript or certificate for your studies, students who owe a debt to the University should take steps to clear this debt before the relevant debtor payment deadline (please see the University Debtor Regulations for further details).
