Our various Student Services teams are here to help, guide and support you through the many aspects of your university life. 

We want your time at UCA to be rewarding, exciting and fun but we also recognise that there may be times when you need some additional support and guidance to get the most out of your time with us.

Accessed through our Gateway, our specialist staff can provide you with information, advice and guidance on various aspects of your personal and academic life. 

We can also help with any questions or queries you may have, or point you in the right direction of other university staff who may be able to help you.




As a member of UCASU, you can apply for a TOTUM card. Not only will this give you discounts at a variety of shops, restaurants and more, but it also includes Home Office and Police endorsed proof of age ID. Your TOTUM + ID is accredited by PASS and proves your age and name.


At UCA we want everyone in our community to feel respected, included and supported. Harassment, bullying and discrimination, including sexual misconduct and hate crime, have no place at UCA. We want to make it as easy and safe as possible for our students and staff to speak out about unacceptable behaviour.

Our Report+Support online platform is a quick, easy, and anonymous tool for reporting incidents and accessing and requesting support. Every report is taken seriously by UCA – you can be confident our trained teams will deal with reports sensitively, honestly, and professionally.
