Welcome to your new home while you are studying at University for the Creative Arts. We hope that you are settling in and would like to wish you a safe and enjoyable experience while you are in university managed accommodation.

This handbook is produced to give you as much information as you will need while you are here, and it is important that you read it together with your Room Offer and the Terms & Conditions of residence on the UCA website accommodation pages.

The handbook covers various aspects of living communally and of being a member of the University. Other useful information is provided on the notices displayed in all the kitchens. Accommodation staff are here to give you as much support as you need and while it may not always be possible to deliver what ­you want, we aim to do our best.
